MV N35, onder ISM-management van Promaship B.V.
The MV N35, under the ISM management of Promaship B.V. and sailing under the Panamanian flag, was seized by Venezuelan authorities in June 2025. Since then, the vessel has been detained at the naval port of Puerto Cabello.
As a result of the seizure of the MV N35 by Venezuelan authorities in June 2025, the vessel is no longer operational. Although the crew was released after nine months, the vessel remains under the control of the Venezuelan government in Puerto Cabello.
This situation has significant consequences for Promaship B.V. as the MV N35 was the only vessel under our ISM management, the company risks losing its Document of Compliance (DOC) if another vessel is not placed under management in a timely manner.
Promaship B.V. is therefore actively seeking a suitable vessel for technical and/or ISM management, preferably one sailing under the Panamanian flag. Shipowners and operators interested in a collaboration are invited to contact us.
